February plans:

Corp management –

• Recruitment of dedicated miners (5 miners by end of month)
• Increase the standings with duvolle lab to 2.00 to help manufacturing and science division have access to lvl 3 R&D agents.

Mining Division –

• New Chief mining advisor is needed to replace Na Uj who is missing (this job may be temporary if Na Uj returns)

Military Division –

• Lvl 4 missions to be taken in groups to help improve fleet performance in battle

Manufacturing and Science –

• Continued Production of bpo More research on bpo to make them more efficient in production

December plans

corporation management

1. To gain another 10 original members by end of december (expeinced or newly entering the Pod Pilot world)
2. Gain friends and allies within the gallente federation and possibly bring other corps to the beliefs of the Second Genesis
3. Form a trade division for the buying and selling of items for the corp (those intersted in this division please contact me)

1. Hold several large scale mining ops over the next few weeks.

Military Divison

1. Hold weekly sessions for members of the Genesis military to gather and practise fleet ops

Business Plan - Novemeber

This is a test plan on how i wish the corp to grow within the next month and how i intend to make it grow.

Objective 1

Member count needs to be increased by 30 members and hit the total of 50 by the end of the month.

this will be achieved by all members actively making friends in the eve space and introducing them to the idea of joining the corp. also can be achieved by bringing your friends in real world into the eve world and getting them to join with us. when ever a new member states who referred them a cash bonus of 100k isk will be giving out.

Objective 2

For production we need the following amounts of minerals to start a buffer soo that production can continue continuosly

1 mil tritanium- 500.000 pyrite- 150.000 mexallon- 25.000 nocxium- 10.000 isogen- 1000 zydrine


All these minerals are needed to be collected (except zydrine which needs to be purchased all collected from refining modules (if u have any spare plz donate). These minerals will be collected by the 10% mining tax(if possible please refine yourself to help show how much of each mineral is left to collect) and also will be collected via donations from any member (if you have some spare minerals feel free to place them in manufacturing hanger).
